RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

DOMESTIC / USA - RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund if the items are unworn/unwashed, the original tags are still attached, and the hygienic liner is intact. TUTUBLUE accepts online returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need more than 30 days to return your order, please let customer service know, either by calling or sending an email. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. TUTUBLUE reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. TUTUBLUE cannot pay for return shipping, and it is the responsibility of the customer to coordinate and pay for the return of their order.

DOMESTIC / USA - EXCHANGE POLICY

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, and must be unworn/unwashed, have the original tags still attached, and the hygienic liner intact. Include a note, or a copy of your customer invoice with written instruction on which item you want to exchange for, and the complete info for the new item (product, color, size). You are responsible for paying the return shipping, and exchanges are shipped out at no additional cost. If you are returning for an item of greater value, please give written authorization for us to add the difference to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Otherwise, we will have to contact you prior to processing your return in order to acquire authorization, which will cause some delay. Any item that is exchanged for an item of lesser value will be issued a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. Please note that exchanges are not available for merchandise purchased from retail stores. TUTUBLUE cannot pay for return shipping, and it is the responsibility of the customer to coordinate and pay for the return of their order. TUTUBLUE will ship exchanges back out at no additional cost, upon receipt of your items.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Please contact customer service to place an order that will ship outside of the United States. All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. We require that the customer pay the full cost of shipping (which is TBD upon placing the order), including any duties or taxes that are billed after the order goes through customs. We accept returns for refund or exchange, however, all items must be unworn/unwashed, have the original tags still attached, and the hygienic liner intact. TUTUBLUE reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please be advised that the buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If the package is refused or returned undeliverable, we will not be able to refund the charges for shipping. If you choose to have the order reshipped, we will have to process payment for the full cost of shipping again.
