DOMESTIC / USA - RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund. TUTUBLUE accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of your order receipt. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. TUTUBLUE reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

No returns or exchanges. Previous purchases are not eligible for discount. Sale items are ineligible for price adjustments.

Please contact customer service to assist you with your exchange. We will place a new order for the new merchandise. Return the original merchandise and upon recipt, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that exchanges are not available for merchandise purchased from retail stores.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.

All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If the package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by TUTUBLUE.
