Refund policy

DOMESTIC / USA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

TUTUBLUE accepts online returns/exchanges received within 30 days of the original shipment.  All returns/exchanges must be unworn/unwashed, have the original tags still attached, and have the hygienic liner intact. 

If you would like to exchange an item: due to the high demand for our products & to guarantee the availability of the replacement piece(s), we recommend that you return the unwanted piece(s) and place a new order for the replacement piece(s).  Items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.  

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method, minus the return shipping charge. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed.

TUTUBLUE reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria (including but not limited to): unused, re-sellable condition, free of lint, pet hair, debris, odor of any kind, etc. If you wear the suit and rub it up against a rough surface such as the side of a pool or cement etc, the suit will snag and rough up the surface of the fabric and possibly fray the seams; this is not returnable.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Please contact customer service to place an order that will ship outside of the United States. All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. We require that the customer pay the full cost of shipping (which is TBD upon placing the order), including any duties or taxes that are billed after the order goes through customs. We accept returns for refund or exchange, however, all items must be unworn/unwashed, have the original tags still attached, and have the hygienic liner intact & received within 30 days of original shipment. TUTUBLUE reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion if any item returned does not meet its return criteria. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.

If you wear the suit and rub it up against a rough surface such as the side of a pool or cement etc, the suit will snag + rough up the surface of the fabric, and possibly fray the seams.  This is not returnable.
